Our products do undergo an intensive testing process and are not tested on animals. In addition, we have a select group of nail aficionados that test our products. You can find their reviews here under our Blogger’s Log section.

Where are your nail polishes made?

Our nail polishes are all handmade in the great United States of America. Our shop is located in Tampa, Florida.

There is a polish still appearing in your page, but appears out of stock. Will you replenish this color? If so how often?

A.

Obviously, we want to make everyone happy with popular colors. But we also have to make room for new colors and seasonal lines. With that said, some colors may, from time to time, become available due to demand.

When are orders shipped once placed?

All orders are fulfilled every Saturday unless otherwise arranged.

Do you issue refunds?

All our orders are custom made and therefore all sales are final and we do not issue refunds.

Will you be accepting pre-orders on some lines?

Yes we will. Shipping on these will be longer than expected and may take up to 2 weeks.

What does “3 Free” mean? And then why use it?

A.

“3 Free” polish only excludes DBP (Dibutyl phthalate) and Toulene. This is ONLY used for polishes that contain glitter. The reason for using it is to help the keep the beauty behind the glitter stay afloat.

A “3 Free” polish is made up from the following ingredients:
Ethyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Adipic Acid/Neopentyl, Glycol/Trimellitic Anhydride, Isopropyl Alcohol, Silica, Stearalkonium Hectorite, Acrylates Copolymer, Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer,Benzophenone-1, Trimethylpentanediyl, Dibenzoatem, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor.

Are your products 100% Vegan?

Yes, our products are 100% Vegan and do not contain any animal bi-products.

What ingredients do your Cremes include?

Our basic Cremes include: Ethyl Acetate, N-Butyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Isopropyl Alcohol, N-Butyl Alcohol, Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Stearalkonium Hectorite, Benzophenone-1.

Are there any ingredients that are not approved for cosmetic use?

Per the FDA, glitters, Spectraflair and Chromaflair are not approved for cosmetic use. However, we do buy our products from bonded and licensed vendors and do caution to use at your our risk. But they do make our polishes beautiful!!!
